All FosterFold items are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier but generally range from 3–7 business days after production is complete.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. FosterFold is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at support@fosterfold.com and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
