Because each FosterFold item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect sizing
- color selection
- or change-of-mind purchases
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@fosterfold.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- and photos of the item
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable law, including a 14-day cooling-off period where required.
